The iOS devices that won’t get iOS 11 support are iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, and iPad 4. Devices newer than those, namely the iPhone 5S, iPad Air, and later, will be supported with the new update.

The full list of devices that will get iOS 11 include:

  • iPhone 5S and later

  • iPad Air and iPad Pro models

  • iPad 5th generation

  • iPad mini 2 and later

  • iPod touch 6th generation
